Hi, I'm Laura !
I’m a certified Health and Wellness Coach at noubalen, working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by the competing demands of daily life – whether that’s work, family or other commitments. I help people reclaim a sense of control over their health and wellbeing – at a pace that’s realistic and right for them.
Through a personalised and holistic approach, I support clients to reconnect with what matters most, feel more confident in their choices, and build habits that fit into their lives – not around them. Whether it’s eating better, moving more, or making time for themselves, I’m here to focus on what works for you.
Having been on this journey myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming it feels when life seems out of control – when reclaiming time, energy and wellbeing feels like a distant dream. But by taking small, consistent steps, getting clear on what was important and why, and having people around me to keep me accountable, I began to make the changes I needed.
My personal experience fuels the work I do now. I know it’s not always easy to prioritise yourself – but I also know it’s possible. You don’t have to do it alone.
